What Is Clinical Research?
Advancements in medicine are heavily dependent on clinical trials and research. These studies assist in the development of new diagnostic tests and treatment therapies. Dr. Saff is proud to be a part of the research community and his staff has played a key role in the development of many medications that are commonly used today.
At Allergy & Asthma Research we primarily conduct research studies for pharmaceutical companies that have an investigational drug that demonstrates much promise. All new medications and therapies developed by these companies must pass through the scrutiny of various federal agencies before we consider them for our research center. Dr. Saff and his research team select only those studies that show potential for improvement of patients’ quality of life.
